Umpire tendencies

MLB-only. Per home-plate umpire per regular season (derive:umpire-tendencies): games behind the plate, runs / strikeouts / walks per game, K% and BB% per plate appearance, and the called-strike share of taken pitches (zone tightness). Keyed by the StatsAPI umpire id (umpireId) with the name alongside. Umpire identity comes from the parity gamefeed officials block, so rows exist only for seasons the baseball parity enrichment has processed (see docs/parity-backfills.md). Optional name is a case-insensitive substring filter.

Requires the stats entitlement (a paid plan). See Responses & Errors for the success envelope and availability rules.
