Baseball Scholar split tables

NPB-only. Baseball Scholar's split tables for a season, one doc per season, kept apart from /v1/npb/scholar for size. tables holds pitchingWindows and battingWindows (each player's per-game log summed into window = season, home / away, m3 … m10, and half1 / half2 split at the All-Star break — the first game date after the longest July–mid-August gap; games counts the log's games), pitchingContactWindows (the per-game pitch-type log summed into the same windows: AB, H, HR, SO, SF and the wOBA numerator/denominator against), and situationSplitsPitching / situationSplitsBatting (Scholar's situation splits, one row per player × split: vl / vr batter or pitcher hand, base states r0 r1 r2 r3 r12 r13 r23 r123, ron men on, risp, and lev_low / lev_med / lev_high by Scholar's leverage index bands; the published figures as numbers, innings as outs). Rows carry scholarPlayerId, playerId and teamId as in /v1/npb/scholar; _atoms counts are flattened to atoms_<name>. Written daily by scholar:season with the season doc.
