Lineup sides that became official since a cursor

Cross-league feed of official lineups. Each item is one side (home or away) of one game, stamped the first time SportQuanta stored that side as confirmed: MLB, KBO and NPB batting orders, NBA and KBL starting fives, and soccer starting elevens. confirmed_at is our detection time and never moves, so it can drive "lineups are out" alerts and measure end-to-end lag.

Poll with since set to the previous page's next_since. Items are oldest first; a stamp equal to since is not repeated. since is clamped to the last 24 hours and defaults to the last hour. Requested leagues without per-game lineups are skipped and echoed in ignored_leagues. Never cached.
